The liner is the reason these work

Double-layer construction is the spec that separates a training short from a printed novelty. A 10.6 cm inner short sits under the outer layer at size M, so the outer never sticks to the leg on a squat and nothing rides up mid-set.

The outer runs 41 cm at the front and 47 cm at the back at size M. The drop is deliberate. It keeps coverage through a hinge without adding length at the front where it would bunch.

Sizing, and why it matters here

The chart is remapped from the source sizing, so the letters run large against what you might expect. Size M is recommended for 180 cm to 185 cm and 70 kg to 75 kg. XXS is recommended for 165 cm to 170 cm. Read the height band, not the letter.

Waist runs 69.5 cm at XXS to 87 cm at XL, and the chart covers XXS to 2XL. Fabric is 95% polyester with a 3D digital print and a straight-leg cut. Machine wash cold with like colors, do not bleach, hang dry. Shoots use a 187 cm model or taller wearing size M.
