Wide straight cropped leg with an elastic drawstring waist.
Sekino stops at the calf. At 90 cm it is the shortest thing in the collection, cut wide and straight with a 44 cm leg opening at size M. The two together give you a trouser that reads more like a skirt in motion and then resolves back into a straight line when you stand still.
100% cotton, elastic waist, drawstring. There is nothing technical happening. It is a hot weather trouser that keeps the air moving around the leg because the hem is nowhere near the ankle.
Capri is the search term people use for this shape, though it is closer to a cropped wide leg than the fitted capri of the 1990s.
What to wear it with
Ankles are visible, so shoes matter more than usual. A low sneaker or a sandal works. A boot fights it.
Sizes M to 3XL, the shortest range here, with a 68 cm waist and 114 cm hip at M. Check the height guidance in the chart before ordering: at 90 cm the hem lands differently on a 175 cm frame than on a 165 cm one, and that changes whether it reads deliberate or accidental.

Ordered these thinking they'd work oversized and they came out more tapered than I expected. The waist looked fine out of the bag, but the legs felt a bit shorter on me once I tried them on, so I’m not fully sold. Fabric feels okay, just not the roomier cut I wanted.

Had them on for a full day in the office and they held up fine, no weird knee bagging by the end. I'm 5'11 / 175 and the L gives a clean line with trainers, not too skinny, not sloppy. stitching around the pocket is a little rough up close but nothing dramatic.

good everyday pants. The gray is a bit lighter in person than the pics i saw, which i actually like, and the fabric has enough weight that it doesn't cling.

caleb here, 6'4 and around 280. I usually have trouble with pants pulling at the thighs, but these sit pretty easy and the rise doesn't feel low when I sit down. Wore them once with a tee and got asked where they were from, which never happens.

Bought these on a whim and now i keep reaching for them. The black is actually black-black, not faded looking, and they don't get weirdly shiny after sitting for a bit.
