Shipping & Returns

We ship to 33 countries: all 27 European Union member states, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada and the United States. We do not ship anywhere else. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 5 to 9 business days. Shipping is $7.90 USD to the US and Canada and $9.90 USD to Europe and Australia, free on orders above $45 USD. You are charged in your market's currency - euros in the EU, pounds in the UK, francs in Switzerland, Australian dollars in Australia and US dollars in the United States - and the shipping price and the $45 threshold are converted at checkout.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and EU customers also have the 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. We refund to the original payment method, or issue store credit if you prefer, once the return is received and approved.

For hygiene and quality reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Returns may also be refused if the item is sent back with damaged packaging.
