How a fabric moves sweat

Sweat has to go somewhere. Cotton absorbs it and holds it against you. A cotton tee gets heavy on a run for exactly that reason. Polyester and nylon push moisture along the fiber to the outer face, where a much larger surface area lets it evaporate.

The effect is real and it is not magic. Air still has to reach the fabric. In dead humidity nothing dries fast.

What is in the seventeen

Three pieces are 100% polyester and one is nylon, with the rest in cooling blends including a 61.6% cotton and 38.4% polyester mix. The Outdoor Breathable Mesh T-Shirt reaches 128 cm at the chest and the Performance T-Shirt sits narrowest at 102 cm.

Sleeve runs 17.5 cm to 77 cm, so the group covers both a cropped training sleeve and a zoned heat-dissipating long sleeve. All seventeen carry a full size chart, and sizes run XS to 3XL. Wash cold and hang dry, because a hot dryer flattens the fiber that does the wicking.

Does quick-dry fabric hold smell?

It can. Wash it after every session and skip fabric softener, because softener coats the fiber and stops the wicking.

Can I tumble dry these?

Hang dry them. A hot dryer flattens the fiber structure that moves moisture, and the shirt never wicks as well again.

Which one is best in real heat?

The Outdoor Breathable Mesh T-Shirt. Open structure moves the most air, and it is the widest here at 128 cm across the chest.

Are any of them cotton?

Several are cooling blends, including a 61.6% cotton and 38.4% polyester mix. Those feel like cotton and still shed moisture.
