Coverage is the reason to buy one of these, and the trap is buying a heavy one. A long sleeve in a dense fabric is a jacket you cannot take off. A long sleeve in cotton-linen covers the arm and still moves air across it.
Linen is the reason. Its fiber is hollow and stiff, so the cloth holds itself off the skin instead of clinging to it. Air gets underneath. Sweat evaporates.
Sleeve, body and size
Sleeve at size M runs 54 cm to 56 cm. Across three shirts that is a tight spread. Body length moves much more. It runs 65 cm on the oversized henley to 74 cm on the color-block long sleeve, so the body figure is the one that decides the look.
Sizes reach XS to 5XL. Fabrics run cotton-linen, a 96% polyester and 4% spandex stretch, and 78.6% polyester with 21.4% viscose. All three carry a full size chart and are shown on a 189 cm model. Wash cold, hang dry the linen, and take your usual size.
