A leg that does not taper
Straight means the leg holds the same width from knee to hem. No taper pulling in at the ankle, no flare pushing out. The line falls clean over a shoe. Straight outlasts every other cut for that reason alone.
The two here sit at opposite ends of straight. One is cut close, the other loose. Both fall true.
The numbers
The Heavyweight Straight-Leg closes at 39 cm with a 72 cm waist, a 116 cm hip and a 104 cm length at size M. The Straight Leg Pants Cotton Stretch closes at 47 cm with a 76 cm waist, a 110 cm hip and a 107 cm length.
Eight centimeters at the hem is the whole difference between them. Fabric is cotton on one and a 67.6% polyester with 32.4% cotton twill on the other, so the second holds a crease longer and creases less in a bag. Both carry a full size chart. Sizes reach XS to XXL. Wash cold.

Slim tapers toward the ankle. Straight holds one width from knee to hem, so the fabric falls over the shoe instead of gripping the calf.

Which one creases less?
