A men's kimono coat cut as a hip-length wrap cardigan. It closes with a tie at the side instead of buttons. The front crosses deep over the chest, and a shawl collar carries down the crossover.
The kimono closes by wrapping one side over the other, never with buttons, and this coat keeps that gesture: you cross the fronts, tie them at the waist and the shawl collar falls into place, giving a softer, more fluid line than a buttoned cardigan while staying easy over a tee or a knit. Wrapped. Soft.
Fit and sizing
Relaxed fit, hip length, with dropped shoulders and wide sleeves. Sizes run XS to S. Our model is 188 cm.

Shell: 58.9% polyester, 18.8% cotton, 13.4% viscose, 4.7% nylon, 4.2% other fibres. Lining: 100% polyester. The ribbed matte weave has a dry surface, so the crossover sits flat. Follow the care label.

How to wear it
Open over a tee with wide trousers. Tied closed on its own. Over hakama-style pants for a full Japanese look.
Good to know
Pockets sit in the side seams, out of sight.
The side tie means no buttons to catch on a bag strap.
Brown and grey are the warmest tones. Black is the sharpest.
A wrap coat also adapts to the weather. Tie it tight and high on a cold morning, loosen it at lunch, and wear it fully open in the evening over a light knit. One piece covers three different looks without changing anything else in the outfit.
