Men's Reversible Denim Noragi Jacket

Loose, boxy body with a dropped shoulder and wide three quarter sleeves.

A noragi in heavy cotton denim, made to wear either way out. One side is dark navy denim. The other is a green cotton. The collar band and cuffs are bound in the opposite colour, so both faces look finished.

Denim and the noragi share a history as hard-wearing workwear, and putting them together gives you a field jacket that ages the way a good pair of jeans does, softening at the elbows and fading at the edges, with a second colour waiting on the inside for days when navy feels too heavy. Fit and sizing

Loose and boxy, with a dropped shoulder and wide three quarter sleeves. The front crosses over and ties with a single cord at the waist. Two patch pockets sit low. Sizes run XS to XXL. Our model is 187 cm and wears M. Garment measurements are hand-measured flat. Allow 1 to 2 cm.

Fabric and care

96% cotton or more. Wash cold, inside out, with dark colours, because the first few washes can release dye. Line dry in the shade.

How to wear it

Navy out with grey or white. Green out with black. Tied closed it reads as a jacket. Open, it reads as a layer.

Heavy cotton denim is stiff at first and softens with every wear. Give it a few weeks and the elbows, cuffs and collar band start to take your shape. The green face softens faster, so it often becomes the favourite side.
