Cropped wide pants with a wrapped asymmetric skirt layer, drawstring waist.
Think of it as a skirt for pants, already attached. An asymmetric wrap layer crosses the front and is sewn in at the waist. Underneath, cropped wide trousers stop above the ankle. The waist has a drawstring.
Layering a skirt over trousers is a look that runs through Japanese avant-garde fashion, but doing it with two separate pieces means constant adjusting, sliding and checking in mirrors through the day. Here the work is done for you. The wrap is fixed. It never twists round. It just hangs.
Size
One size. The drawstring waist adjusts from 68 to 115 cm. The length is 88 cm with a 44 cm rise. The hip measures 118 cm, the thigh 76 cm and the hem 60 cm. Allow 1 to 3 cm.
Fabric and care
80% polyester and 20% cotton. It keeps its shape through washing.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash cold. Hang to dry by the waistband so the panels fall straight.
How to wear them
The asymmetry is the statement, so keep the rest plain. A long black tee works. So does a fitted knit. Boots ground it. Sandals lighten it. Avoid prints on top.
