Kagero is a heavyweight sleeveless hoodie in 100% cotton at 380gsm. It is washed for a lived-in feel and cut oversized, with a crew neck hood and raw sleeveless edges. Kagero means heat haze in Japanese.

Most sleeveless hoodies are thin gym layers that lose their shape after a month, but this one starts from the same dense cotton you would use for a winter sweatshirt and then takes the sleeves away, so the body hangs with real weight and the hood stands up instead of collapsing. Heavy. Soft. Washed.

Fit and sizing

Oversized and relaxed. Sizes S to 2XL. At size M the body is 72 cm long, 59 cm across the chest laid flat and 55.5 cm across the shoulder. The chart suggests M for 165 to 175 cm and 55 to 65 kg. Size down for a closer cut. Measurements may vary by 1 to 3 cm.

Fabric and care

100% cotton, 380gsm, washed. Machine wash cold with similar colours. No bleach. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron if needed.

Colours

Black, brown, dark gray, light gray and flecked gray. Flecked gray shows the wash best.

How to wear it

Wear it over a long-sleeve tee in spring, or alone in summer. Wide trousers and trainers keep the oversized line. Hood up on windy days.

Why sleeveless? It layers without bulk under a jacket, and on its own it frees the arms on hot days while the hood still frames the face. The raw edges keep the washed, worn-in look honest.
