Hood construction separates the nine here more than the body does. A two-panel hood is cheaper and collapses flat against the back of the neck once it has been washed a few times. A three-panel hood holds a shape and sits up when you put it on.
Fabric weight decides whether it stays up. Under 300 gsm a hood folds down under its own weight. The 380 gsm Kagero does not.

The Kagero Sleeveless Hoodie is 100% cotton at 380 gsm, washed, measuring 72 cm long with a 55.5 cm shoulder. Across the group body length at size M runs 51 cm to 72 cm.
Sleeve runs 56.5 cm to 82 cm, so the fit varies much more than the size letter suggests. 8 of the 9 carry a full size chart, sizes run S to 2XL, and shoots use a 187 cm model or taller. Wash cold and hang dry to keep the hood standing.
