Every men's bomber jacket comes back to one proportion. The body is short and full, and a gathered hem pulls it in at the waist. The sleeve stays long. This shape lets it go over a sweater without covering the seat, and it is why a bomber reads casual next to a coat.
Hems do the work here. Some use rib knit. Others use elastic or side tabs.
Four ways to wear the short cut
The Crop Bomber Jacket is the shortest. Rib-knit inserts at each side of the hem draw it in just above the waist, and lightly padded shoulders keep the line clean. It has a two-way zip.
The Faux Suede Bomber Jacket is the classic version in a brushed polyester suede, with rib-knit cuffs and hem and a Western yoke across the chest. Keep it out of the washing machine. Spot clean it.
The Vegan Leather Zip Jacket is cut in PU with a washed, creased finish and an elastic hem. At size M it measures 114 cm at the chest and 68 cm long. Wipe it clean.
The Detroit Jacket is the odd one out: a square chore cut in polyester, 62 cm long with a 128 cm chest at size M. It sits over a hoodie without pulling.
Embroidered souvenir bombers
The souvenir jacket is the bomber with a story on its back. Satin polyester shells carry a dragon, a phoenix or a nine-tailed fox in raised thread, with ribbing at the neck, cuffs and hem. The Phoenix reverses to plain black satin.

Sizing a short jacket
Take your usual size. These bodies are cut roomy on purpose and the short length leaves no room for error at the hem. Sizes run XS to 2XL across the group. If you sit between two sizes, go by chest, not height.
