Berserk Guts merch you can train in: gym shorts with a Guts Panel print in black and red. The fabric is 95% polyester, built in a double layer with an inner short. The leg is straight. Nothing shows through.
The panel print frames Guts like a page of the manga, red accents against black, so the shorts feel like wearing a favourite chapter. Printed in 3D digital detail. Bold.
Berserk is Kentaro Miura's dark fantasy manga about Guts, a lone swordsman marked with the Brand of Sacrifice, and its images of eclipses, skulls, hawks and that brand have become a favourite of lifters who train hard and say little about it. Dark. Relentless.
Fit and sizing
Straight leg, double layer. The waist measures 69.5 cm at XXS, 76.5 cm at S, 80 cm at M, 83.5 cm at L and 87 cm at XL. The inner short runs 10 to 11 cm. The chart suggests XXS for 165 to 170 cm and 55 to 60 kg, M for 180 to 185 cm and 70 to 75 kg, and XL for 190 to 200 cm and 80 to 90 kg. 2XL is also offered. Our model is 187 cm and wears M. Choose by waist. Allow 1 to 3 cm.
Fabric and care
95% polyester, double layer. The print is 3D digital, so it does not crack or peel. Machine wash cold with like colours. No bleach. Hang dry.
How to wear them
For training, the beach and rest days. With a plain tee that picks up one colour from the print.
Good to know
The inner short means no mesh and no see-through moments on a deep squat. Polyester dries fast between sets.
Hang them to dry. Heat is the only thing that fades a digital print, and these keep their colour for many seasons that way.

the black/red is pretty much what i expected from the pics, maybe a little deeper red. packaged fine and they came out of the bag without that weird stiff crease some shorts have.

weirdly ended up with a 2XL after reading the sizing notes and that was the move for me. i usually wear XS in slimmer stuff, but these needed the room for my thighs and they move way better when i’m squatting.
