A long sleeve running shirt in a 160 g quick-dry knit, moisture-wicking and breathable. It works as a base layer or on its own. The loose fit gives room to move through a run or a training session.
Long sleeves on a run are about control: they keep the sun and the wind off your arms in the morning, and a light quick-dry knit stops them from getting heavy as you warm up, so one shirt covers a cold start and a warm finish. Covered. Light.
Fit and sizing
Loose fit. Sizes run S to XXL. Our model wears M. Size down for a slimmer base-layer fit, or up for an oversize look.
Fabric and care
Quick-dry performance knit, 160 g. Machine wash cold with similar colours. No bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed.

How to wear it
For runs on cool mornings. Under a light jacket in autumn. On its own for hikes in the sun.
Good to know
Push the sleeves up when you warm up. The knit stretches and stays put.
White and apricot are the coolest under direct sun. Black is easiest to keep looking clean.
As a base layer, size down so it sits closer to the skin and wicks better.
On cold days, wear it under a warm mid layer or a running jacket. It moves sweat away from your skin so you do not get chilled when you stop at a crossing or reach the end of the run. In spring, it is all you need on top.
