This Japanese jinbei comes in a soft stretch modal blend that drapes and stays cool against the skin. The top crosses and ties at the side. The shorts have an easy waist. It is made for summer evenings and the house.
The jinbei is what Japanese men wear at home and at summer festivals, a two-piece set with a short crossover top and loose shorts, and a modal blend suits it well because modal is smooth, breathable and soft, so the set feels as easy on a hot night as it does on a slow Sunday morning. Cool. Soft.
Fit and sizing
Loose. The chest measures 118 cm at XS, 124 cm at S and 130 cm at M. Top lengths run 76 to 81 cm, shorts lengths 55 to 63 cm. Our model is 187 cm and wears M.
Fabric and care
50% modal, 50% other fibres, stretch. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash cold. Hang to dry.
